San Francisco tried to have gun control in the city but fail when starting the hollow point ammunition ban, a “high capacity” magazine ban, and a surge in shooting victims that has now hit a six-year high. In Chicago 10 people were shot at a memorial for a shooting victim, 2 were killed and the others were listed in good condition. Chicago had nearly 4,400 shooting victims in 2016 and the city witnessed nearly 800 homicides.
